About my Practice
Being in practice for 12 years, I have had the opportunity to help guide individuals along their pathways in their journeys. It has been a privilege to work with such a diverse range of people on both sides of the Atlantic.
Having been raised in America and lived in England and Spain, I find myself in a unique position of being able to offer American expats help in adjusting to the culture and expectations of living in another country. I have worked with American expats living in the UK and other countries such as Sweden, France, Japan, and others.
It can be a trying time for spouses who follow their partners across the ocean to start a new life. Having personal and professional experience in this area, I offer insight into living and working in a new country, as well as counselling during the adjustment period.
Further, as an LGBTQ+ ally, I am able to help people who are not only struggling with their identity, but with family members who may need help with the changes they are dealing with as well.
My therapy room & virtual therapy room offers clients a space to confide, explore and discuss their mental health wellbeing. New ways of thinking, understanding and being, are all worked upon within sessions. It is through this process of growth an self-discovery that we begin to carve a new pathway for your adventures in life.
